ARTWORK

All submitted orders should be accompanied by sharp, black and white camera-ready artwork. No color or grayscale is permitted. Artwork not meeting these specifications may be charged an additional fee of $25.00 per half hour. Customer will be notified in advance if additional services are necessary. Submitted digital artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Corel Draw (.cdr), or Photoshop (.eps) format. Images must be vector based (raster images are not acceptable). Preferred transmission of artwork is via email. Artwork may also be sent on a CD or DVD. We ask that all images and logos be sent in clean vector format as opposed to bitmap format. Bitmap comprises of the following formats: TIFF (.tiff), BMP (.bmp), GIF (.gif), or JPEG (.jpeg).

Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, colored layouts, etc will be subject to clean-up charges.

NOTE: Failure to comply with these conditions may delay estimated production or delivery times.

PAPER PROOFS

Two initial proofs will be provided at no additional charge prior to production. The following proofs can then be changed without charge. Any additional proofs subsequent to the first two requests will incur a charge of $10.00 per proof, plus any additional art charges required.
