Order Process
PrintSTEP 1 – Order Received
Upon receiving your order, an order confirmation receipt is sent to you via email. This email will provide with an itemized breakdown of all relevant information pertaining to your order.
STEP 2 – Order Review
We carefully review the layout and artwork needed to fulfill your order. Should there be any initial concerns, modifications, or adjustments that need to be made we will contact you immediately whether that be via email or phone. In the event that artwork cleanup is needed, please note that this may delay the ordering process by approximately one extra day. See ARTWORK for further details.
STEP 3 – Pending Approval
Once all minor details are finalized, orders are typically submitted by noon the following day to the factory. Inventory is then either packaged and shipped, or reserved for further personalization. If the order comprises of engraving or personalization, a paper proof from the art department will be emailed (or faxed) to the customer for approval. The customer is now responsible for review and approval of finalized proof – artwork, spelling and grammar, design, and layout. If the proof is satisfactory, we require that the proof be signed and dated, and then sent back to Cristaux. If changes are requested, the process is repeated. See PAPER PROOFS.
STEP 4 – Production
Upon approval of your artwork or paper proof, Cristaux submits your order to the corresponding production facility. Normal production lead time is 7-10 working days from approval of artwork or sample, unless otherwise specified.
STEP 5 – Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped either UPS Ground or FedEx Saver depending on which production facility the product is being shipped from. Once that product have been shipped, we will send you an email provided with tracking numbers for tracking purposes and order confirmation. International shipments must consult directly with our customer service department.
STEP 6 - Payment
The final stage of the ordering process – this will include information about payment. Payments made through a credit card will receive confirmation via email. Orders that are being invoiced will receive invoice in PDF format, unless otherwise mailed.
