Service Policies
PrintCANCELATIONS
Cancelation charges are based on work completed. Charges incurred prior to cancelation of an order will be invoiced, plus an additional $100.00 cancelation fee. Once an order has been engraved, it cannot be canceled.
CLAIMS
All breakage claims must be made by receiver with the freight carrier. Cristaux International is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Claims with Cristaux International must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of good. Any claims made after that point will be denied. All packages should be opened immediately upon arrival and inspected for any damage or your claim will be denied. If damaged, you must save all inner and outer packaging for carrier inspection. Title to the goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point or upon mailing of invoices, whichever comes first.
INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible should any products become unavailable.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order quantity, unless otherwise specified. We accept and can accommodate orders of any quantity.
PRODUCT VARIANCES
Due to the various manufacturing and handcrafted processes in producing crystal and glass, please be aware that some products may contain bubbles, flow lines, chill marks, slight bumps, or other variances which are not considered defects or reasons for replacement.
PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow a standard production time of approximately 7-10 business days from final approval of artwork. Products found within our amBiente Catalog can accommodate lead times ranging from 48-72 hours from final approval or artwork. Production will not begin without final approval of all artwork, engraving, and any additional order information. Orders with short lead times may incur rush charges.
PROPOSITION 65
Proposition 65 requires us to notify all California residents that consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handing products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
RETURN POLICY
All shipments that leave shipping facilities are insured by courier; therefore Cristaux International will not be held liable for any damages incurred during shipping. Claims must be made with courier. Title to the goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point or upon mailing of invoices, whichever comes first. Please refer to CLAIMS for further details. Engraved merchandise cannot be returned. Cristaux International reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that has not been authorized. Authorized returns which are considered to be in salable condition are refundable less a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

All sizes, capacities, weights, dimensions, and etching sizes of products are approximate.
TRADEMARKS
Upon the submission of any and all artwork and underlying related content, the customer agrees to hold Cristaux International, Inc. harmless and will defend Cristaux International, Inc. from all claims for patents, copyrights, trademarks, and infringement claims. All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rest with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown on this website are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied.
